Summary Responsible for managing and coordinating numerous physical improvement projects across the department’s portfolio. This position ensures that neighborhood enhancement, infrastructure upgrades, beautification efforts, and facility improvements are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with strategic goals of the department. The role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, contractors, and community members to execute high-quality projects that strengthen neighborhood vitality across the City of Garland.
