About this role

Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering processes, tools, and project management, with a focus on successfully executing the project portfolio of the Gas insulated Switchgear factory. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for competencies, resources development, and planning to fulfill primary and secondary engineering tasks, ensuring alignment and consistency across units. The role is reporting to the site leader. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working.
