About this role

Job Description Summary MRO(Maintenance, repair, overhaul) Product Support Engineer (PSE) is responsible for providing technical leadership to in-service technical management of GEnx CDN & HPT components, throughout the product life cycle. PSE is also responsible for delivering technical support to shops, ensuring product safety, reliability, durability, shop customer responsiveness, cost of ownership, and productivity. The PSE will own some of CDN & HPT (ATA’s), and will act as an interface with Engineering Organizations (Design, Repair, Analytics, Materials Engineering, PSE Module leader etc.), Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Shops (MRO), Digital Services Solutions (DSS), based on business needs to support the fielded engines.…
