About this role

Job Description Summary The Source Change Manager role will lead a portfolio of source changes (supplier to supplier or NPI) through the CEM Source Change Process. This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of source changes while ensuring compliance to all relevant GE processes. They will partner with the Quality, Engineering, Delivery, and Source Change leadership to drive OTD, executional excellence and reduce source change lead time.
