About this role

Job Description Summary The Site Quality Leader is responsible for leading the site quality organization to ensure product and process compliance, drive continuous improvement, and deliver strong Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) performance. The role provides direct leadership to quality staff, partners cross-functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, and suppliers, and maintains and improves the site quality management system and overall product conformity. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and develop the quality team, including priority setting, coaching, performance management, and professional development.
