Job Description Summary The Services Technology Acceleration Center (STAC) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welding Technician to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess experience with welding systems with a background in aerospace welding standards. The technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipment to repair aerospace components, including both traditional and laser welding technologies. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities : Operate traditional welding equipment, and use fixtures, tools and gauges to produce aerospace parts meeting engine manual tolerances. Follow detailed work instructions and practice weld procedures per GE and Nadcap/AWS specifications.…
