About this role
The Outreach Coordinator will lead agency-wide outreach and relationship-building efforts to strengthen referral networks, increase community visibility, and support continued program growth. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community organizations, providers, schools, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote agency services and expand opportunities for collaboration.
