About this role
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Ensures facilities are available for use and consistently maintained in a safe and clean condition. Assembles, repairs, maintains and moves furniture, such as desks, cabinets, tables, chairs, shelves, and related fittings. Conducts routine visual inspection of HVAC units, replaces filters and identifies and reports more complex maintenance needs to Manager. Inspects facilities and grounds for safety and security; identifies and reports hazardous conditions and facility maintenance needs to Manager. Performs custodial tasks. Cleans oil and water spills around molding machines to keep trip and slip hazards Assists with structural pest control measures. Monitors facility maintenance inventory and supplies. Assists with special events, as needed.…
