Work with production supervisors/Managers to improve efficiencies and through-put. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for problem solving. To make optimum utilization of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to assist in preparing the feasibility studies and ensure that the costs incurred are justified To evaluate various improvements that need to be done and create value analysis and to look out for ways to reduce the costs in the engineering and manufacturing applications Identify methodology and processes in an effort to increase productivity and efficiency. Manage major projects using Project Management programs, including management of outside vendors to facilitate timely completion. Manage outside resources that have been identified with related projects.…
