Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provides hands-on technical support to injection molding production operations. Troubleshoots injection molding process issues and identifies opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and OEE. Develops, documents, and maintains standardized injection molding processes and operating parameters. Supports process optimization and continuous improvement activities, including scrap reduction, cycle-time improvement, downtime reduction, and cost reduction. Supports mold qualifications, process trials, capability studies, and production start-ups. Works with Tooling and Operations to troubleshoot mold-related issues and improve mold performance.…
