About this role
Starts and shuts down injection molding machines. Troubleshoots injection molding machines. Assembles injection molds from start to finish for production runs. Removes and installs plastic injection molds of varying sizes and complexities in molding machines according to work order specifications. Sets up End of Arm tooling for robotic part removal. Ensures proper materials are used at each machine by managing raw molding materials ensuring traceability and preventing contamination. Provides molded components in a timely manner to ensure production schedules are met. Maintains set-up records on tools, preventative maintenance and run profiles. Troubleshoots and makes repairs to Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Systems to a minimum of 120v unassisted and up to 480v assisted.…
