About this role

An HR Specialist develops and implements human resources programs. Common job duties include, providing human resources services, onboarding staff, support members and virtual assistants, processing contracts, updating records, improving retention levels, and enforcing safety and health policies TASKS: Vendor Management Maintaining and updating IC records and documentation. Preparing HR-related reports and documentation as required. Coordinating IC onboarding activities and orientation sessions. Responsible for driving, supporting and modeling a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality and service excellence.
