About this role

We’re looking for Welcome Team Executive to join our ever evolving sales team and help shape the future of global commerce. What you’ll own Contact newly signed-up customers to guide them through the onboarding process and ensure their accounts are live and operational. Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about our systems. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status in our CRM system.
