About this role

The Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs (LCCA) team is seeking a highly motivated corporate paralegal to assist with corporate governance matters and other corporate transactional matters in a fast paced, high-energy environment. The individual in this role will handle important and complex matters, effectively collaborate across teams, and possess the technical skills and professional maturity to anticipate and initiate legal tasks independently and under the direction and oversight of attorneys. This individual will work closely with key leaders in the LCCA and cross-functionally to prepare, organize and maintain corporate documents and develop efficient legal and compliance processes; all while helping the Company balance legal and business needs and risks.…
