Job Description Manages and services large scale 'in-country' data center infrastructure and facilities to ensure 24x7 operations in rotating shifts. Proactive coordination and escalation related to site operational issues and client’s requirements ensuring great customer experience at all times while also taking guidance and complying to STT GDC GDCO policies and standards.
