As we navigate this transformative journey, we are actively looking to reinforce our team with a Technical Development Manager (m/f/d) for our Hamburg or Düsseldorf office. In this role, you will be responsible for technical due diligence, elaborating new building design and refreshment concepts for existing properties, building permit application processes, tendering infrastructure and construction works and end-to-end management of technical execution.
