About this role

The Supportive Housing Case Manager - CNA (Ages 18–25) supports young adults in securing and keeping stable housing while building life skills and independence. Using a positive, youth-centered approach, you’ll carry a small caseload (12–18 clients), offer flexible one-on-one guidance, and connect them to education, jobs, and community resources. This is a rewarding role for anyone who enjoys cheering young people on as they step confidently into adulthood. Schedule: Monday - Fridays (12am-8am) Sat and Sun (12am-8am) Key Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments, develop individualized housing stability/service plans, and update plans quarterly or as needs change.…
