About this role

The Director of Vendor Compliance & Inbound Operations is a newly created role designed to close a critical accountability gap between vendor performance and field operations. This leader owns two interconnected mandates: holding the vendor network accountable to OTIF standards that directly protect site-level inventory availability and cost, and serving as the operational escalation authority for inbound and capacity issues surfaced by field teams across the MFC network. This role leads a team of Inbound Compliance Managers and operates at the intersection of supply chain planning, vendor relations, and field operations. The Director is expected to work with data, move quickly on escalations, and build systems that reduce the frequency and impact of inbound failures over time.
