We're currently hiring a full-time Floating Leasing Specialist for our affordable housing communities in the Denver, CO area. This role provides leasing support throughout our affordable housing portfolio wherever it's needed most, working with a variety of affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HOME, HTF, PBV, and more. What You'll Be Doing: Lease apartments in alignment with company policies, Fair Housing guidelines, and affordable housing laws.
