We're seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support two of our affordable housing communities in the Madison, WI area. As part of our team, you'll help ensure our residents have a safe, comfortable place to call home by providing quality maintenance and exceptional service. What You'll Do: Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Maintain exterior of the property along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup and snow removal. Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.…
