Join our team as a Leasing Specialist at Cumberland Towers! Are you organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about helping people secure quality housing? We’re seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist for Cumberland Towers, a 178-unit affordable housing community in Little Rock, AR, who works with LIHTC, RAD PBV, & NSP. In this role, you’ll help manage the leasing process from initial inquiries through application and move-in, assist with affordable housing program requirements, and work closely with the property management team to provide a responsive, welcoming experience for prospective and current residents.
