Join our team as a Maintenance Technician in Milwaukee, WI! Do you take pride in your work and enjoy helping create places people are proud to call home? We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to support McKinley School Apartments (39-units) and Washington Park Townhomes, (40-units) two affordable housing communities in Milwaukee, WI. You'll help oversee day-to-day property maintenance, respond to service needs, and ensure residents have a well-maintained place to call home. What You'll Do: Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
