We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator / Case Coordinator to support a growing UK-based mortgage and protection business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced administrative environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service. You will play a key role in ensuring mortgage and protection applications are processed efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with Mortgage Advisers, lenders, solicitors, estate agents, and clients to ensure all cases progress smoothly and within expected timelines.
