About this role

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un soporte técnico L2 en la zona de Munro. Buenos Aires. Requirements Descripción del Cargo Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de hardware y software reportados por los clientes en dispositivos de usuario final o identificados mediante sistemas de monitoreo. Liderar la resolución y el análisis exhaustivo de problemas complejos de hardware y software escalados desde niveles de soporte inferiores. Brindar soporte técnico presencial (*hands and feet*) para todos los servicios relacionados con asistencia técnica en sitio. Realizar visitas a las instalaciones del cliente para abordar problemas técnicos complejos que no pueden resolverse de forma remota.…
