Variable (United States of America) Integrated Healthcare Technology Technician • Works with Technical Support Analysts to provide first tier support for hardware, software and communication related issues. Assist in performing Service Desk, Field Support, and Deployment duties as needed and document operational procedures daily in call tracking software.
