About this role

Variable (United States of America) Order Entry Pharmacist Registered Pharmacist who provides medication for patients of all ages and counsels patients and their families about the proper use of their medications. This individual is also responsible for providing drug information to Physicians and the medical center staff. - Bachelor’s degree or Pharm D from an accredited College of Pharmacy. - Current valid Florida Pharmacist license or intern permit required. Medication Distribution: - Prepares medication orders for inpatients and outpatients appropriately, accurately and within time standard. - Prepares IV, IVPB, TPN and specialty admixtures according to standard. - Refills medication carts accurately and within time standard.…
