About the role This permanent full-time role as Clinical Nurse Educator is located in the Palliative Care Unit at Braeside Hospital in Prairiewood and will contribute to the achievement of HammondCare’s organisational goals by delivering clinical education programs that assist staff in providing high-quality care that is customer-focused. The Clinical Nurse Educator works in partnership with the Nursing Unit Manager, CNC, HammondCare Health Education Lead and other clinical managers to ensure education activities build and maintain a cohesive clinical team.
