HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Casual Carers to join our team in Taree, Harrington, Coopernook and Cundletown regions About the role You'll provide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life. This includes not only day today care but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship.
