About this role

Business Unit: At ClearDATA, we provide secure, compliant cloud and managed services designed specifically for the healthcare industry. We are looking for a Senior Cloud Systems Engineer to join our Professional Services team and lead technical implementations across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. Job Summary: We need a hands-on technical engineer who can cover the full range of our Cloud Operations work. Day to day, that means monitoring system health, triaging and resolving tickets, and being the reliable frontline resource for customers when something needs attention — while also being capable of digging into escalated incidents, executing infrastructure changes, and tuning our monitoring so the whole team sees fewer false alarms.…
