Key Responsibilities Create and manage product SKUs Generate and send customer quotes for add-on orders Place add-on and demo orders for existing customers Track orders through delivery and add product serial numbers to customer specific databases Assist with new customer rollouts, ensuring smooth setup and ordering Support existing customer renewals Assist with subscription plan changes for existing customers Process customer one-time invoices Support equipment returns and swaps, coordinating logistics as needed Maintain accurate records across relevant systems throughout all the above Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely execution Qualifications Must reside in Arizona and be available during MST working hours Ability to commit to the full mid-Novembe…
