About this role

The Vice President, Research & Development leads the R&D organization for OnePulse, a healthcare software portfolio of more than eight products. This executive is responsible for creating a consistent and effective approach to technology strategy, engineering execution, quality, reliability, and technical operations while recognizing the different needs, maturity levels, and technologies of each product. The VP of R&D partners closely with Product to translate market priorities, customer needs, and roadmap direction into executable technical plans. The ideal candidate combines strong technical judgment, operational discipline, business acumen, and the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams through meaningful change, including the adoption of AI enabled ways of working.…
