Dokumenten- & Änderungsmanagement: Prüfen, ob Aktualisierungen von Dokumenten (QD) neue Schulungen erfordern. Schulungsmanagement: Fragenkataloge erstellen, Schulungen planen (Teilnehmer, Termine, Versand) und Qualifikationen pflegen. Eskalationswesen: Automatisierte Jobs für Erinnerungen und Mahnungen (inkl. Einbindung von Vorgesetzten) einrichten. Reporting: Auswertungen und die Qualifikationsmatrix erstellen.…
