About this role
What are we looking for?
We’re hiring a technical Community Lead to own our public forum and keep users unblocked. You are hands-on: you can debug, give architecture guidance, and jump on calls when needed. You also build scalable community systems (automation, ambassadors, events) and run the feedback loop into product/support.
What will you lead?
- Forum ownership + support routing: ensure every thread gets answered or redirected correctly (docs, support ticket, technical escalation)
- Hands-on technical help: help users build apps, debug common issues, provide fixes/workarounds, and hop on calls to unblock
- Automation + workflows: build systems that make support fast and scalable (macros, templates, AI workflows, routing)…
