Heritage Holding is seeking a high-caliber and entrepreneurial operator to serve as the leader of one of our fast-growing platforms. This is a unique, high-impact opportunity for an entrepreneurial MBA graduate who aspires to lead and grow a business while gaining hands-on experience in private equity operations, M&A, and long-term value creation.
The VP of Operations will be an early platform-level hire and will serve as the Heritage leader scaling a business from ~$2m EBITDA to $20m EBITDA within 1-2 years. Our platforms operate in blue-collar and service industries, so this role is best suited to someone who is energized by hands-on, operationally intensive businesses and comfortable working closely with field teams, tradespeople, and owner-operators.…
