About this role

Your mission Provide technical support for AMR/AGV and warehouse automation systems, including installation, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Deliver onsite and remote technical assistance to customers, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system-related issues. Support system testing, performance verification, and customer acceptance activities to ensure smooth deployment and operation. Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Project Delivery teams to resolve complex technical problems and improve system reliability. Provide technical guidance and training to customers on system operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.…
