Job Description As an RMA Administrator, you will be a key member of the Technical Support Team, working closely with technical support specialists, after-sales service, and warehouse teams. You will be primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the return material authorization process, ensuring efficient handling of product returns and exchanges, and delivering excellent customer service. Your mission Manage the RMA email inbox, respond to customer inquiries, provide professional and actionable solutions, and assign return and repair tasks to relevant teams.
