About this role
As the Hotel Operations Manager at Hind Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our hotels. You will provide hands-on operational leadership and oversight across key departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Guest Services, with a strong focus on enhancing guest satisfaction, maintaining high service standards and driving operational efficiency. Food & Beverage will be a key area of focus, working collaboratively with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef to strengthen operational performance, identify and maximise revenue opportunities, and drive commercial growth while delivering an exceptional guest experience.…
