About this role

Are you an experienced People & Culture professional who loves being close to the operation, supporting leaders and creating a workplace where people genuinely feel they belong? We’re looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join the team at Novotel Christchurch Airport. Supporting a diverse team of approximately 120 employees, this is a hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with the Hotel Manager and leadership team across all aspects of the employee experience. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, with a dotted reporting line to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll also be part of Hind Management’s wider People & Culture team and have the support of dedicated Learning & Development and Health & Safety specialists.…
