About this role
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join the production team of a fast-growing company operating across multiple markets. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of the facility’s equipment and infrastructure, with particular ownership of refrigeration and HVAC systems that are critical to day-to-day production. In this role, you will oversee equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown response across the facility.
