About this role

The Sr. Analyst, Talent Acquisition Operations will work closely with their peer team, hiring managers, and HR Team to establish hiring plans for the recruiting team. They will develop actionable operational improvements ensuring our talent pipeline is efficient, cost-effective, and candidate-centric. This person will be our subject matter expert on recruiting data, external agency performance tracking, and support larger HR data reporting initiatives. The position is the liaison between the operations team & recruiting department, providing recommendations that will influence site hourly labor needs.
