About this role
Horace Mann is seeking a knowledgeable and collaborative Supervisor, Product Compliance to provide day-to-day leadership and technical guidance for our Product Compliance team supporting Supplemental and Group insurance products . In this role, you'll balance people leadership with hands-on compliance expertise—overseeing workflow and quality, coordinating regulatory filings, researching evolving requirements, and partnering across the organization to help ensure our products and related materials remain compliant. The ideal candidate is an organized and thoughtful leader who enjoys developing others, solving regulatory challenges, and building strong partnerships across Product Development, Legal, Compliance, Claims, Marketing, and Operations.…
