We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President, New Agent Development to lead and scale our new agent field management, recruiting, onboarding, and early-stage success strategy. This role is critical to building a strong pipeline of high-performing agency owners and ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
This role will be focused on driving sales growth, recruiting velocity, improving productivity, and strengthening retention across our new agent population.
