About this role
Aqui suas responsabilidades serão:
Atuar como parceiro estratégico da área de Customer Success (CS), traduzindo necessidades em análises orientadas a dados;
Extrair, tratar e analisar dados, garantindo qualidade, consistência e confiabilidade;
Desenvolver e otimizar queries em SQL para geração de insights e suporte à tomada de decisão;
Criar dashboards e relatórios gerenciais que facilitem o acompanhamento de indicadores-chave;
Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos por meio de análises exploratórias;
Apoiar a construção de métricas, KPIs e modelos analíticos;
Comunicar resultados de forma clara e objetiva para diferentes públicos.
