Contracts Manager - Team Lead Description - Principal / Team Lead Negotiations •Lead medium to complex terms and conditions negotiations with Supplier’s legal teams. •Develop negotiation strategies. •Understand risk mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Consultation •Provide expert advice on legal matters as it relates to contracts and clauses. •Draft and consult on Risk Memo and ESR.
