We’re seeking an experienced spray finisher who can produce smooth, consistent, high-quality off-the-gun topcoat finishes . What you’ll do Apply sealers and topcoats to wood furniture and custom components. Independently set up and adjust spray equipment for proper flow, pressure, and spray patterns. Prepare finishing materials and surfaces, including mixing, sanding, cleaning, and masking. Inspect finishes for coverage, sheen, and surface quality; identify and correct defects. Maintain spray equipment and follow finishing-room safety and housekeeping procedures.…
