We’re looking for a hands-on supervisor to lead our Veneer Press and Machine Room teams. In this role, you’ll guide employees, solve production challenges, and help ensure every component meets our standards for quality and craftsmanship. Requirements What you’ll do Plan and supervise daily production to meet quality and delivery requirements. Provide technical guidance in veneer preparation, matching and pressing, panel fabrication, CNC machining, edge banding, and sanding.
