About this role

Become a part of our caring community This hybrid Senior TRICARE Community Liaison (TCL) will report to a Health Systems Leader. You will work from home on the days you are not briefing at a location in the Quantico, Maryland, DC area. You will ensure MTF, beneficiary, and provider understanding of the TRICARE health plan and how to navigate the Military Health System, including enrollment, claims, and referrals. You will support the Health System Leader in local TRICARE network operations, including participating in network development and optimization strategies. You will interact in person with TRICARE beneficiaries, Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) and other Government staff, as well as by telephone, e-mail, and chat.…
