Description This position is located at 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio Summary: Manage workflow to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded. Processing of work - mail sorting, check processing, data entry, document retrieval and review, account research. Acted as the primary point of contact for customers via emails and Calls. Receives, consolidates, maintains and/or summarizes multiple sources of records, files or documents. Duties & Responsibilities: Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's servicing system (MSP).
