About this role

The Opportunity: The Client Service Associate will begin their client service insurance brokerage training and development journey in Hylant’s Foundations Training & Development Program. This program offers a robust curriculum of foundational insurance learning experiences, knowledge and skills of Hylant client supporting activities designed to prepare for successful transition to a dedicated Employee Benefits client service role. In This Role You Will Execute On: Develop an understanding and complete adoption of Hylant’s servicing tools and processes. Obtain Life and Health licensure within 100 days, developing and enhancing knowledge of the insurance marketplace, products, and services.…
