Client Service Specialist - Commercial Insurance

The Opportunity: The Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing a consistent level of service and support to identified clients and teams, handling or directing daily service needs while interacting in a consultative and collaborative way to deliver a “best in class” client experience resulting in client retention and growth while building long term relationships with our clients, colleagues, and vendor partners. In This Role You Will Execute On: Respond to and appropriately document routine client inquiries; escalate complex inquiries to more senior staff.
